If instructed by our staff, CLICK HERE to download our remote support software (Windows XP/7/8/10)
- If your computer asks you to Run or Save the file, click RUN. Alternatively, when the file “remote.exe” has finished downloading, run the file from your Downloads folder
- If your computer asks “Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer”, click Yes.
- After a short time you will be shown a blue TeamViewer window. Please let your consultant know:
- Your ID
- Your Password
as displayed in the TeamViewer window
