Remote Support

If instructed by our staff, CLICK HERE to download our remote support software (Windows XP/7/8/10)

  1. If your computer asks you to Run or Save the file, click RUN. Alternatively, when the file “remote.exe” has finished downloading, run the file from your Downloads folder
  2. If your computer asks “Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer”, click Yes.
  3. After a short time you will be shown a blue TeamViewer window. Please let your consultant know:
    1. Your ID
    2. Your Password
      as displayed in the TeamViewer window
